The main building is large and can be used for many things. It has three additional rental properties with a total rent potential of $1,225 per month. All three rental properties are in the same building with separate entrances. Two rental properties are apartments above the main building, which are currently rented with a one-year lease. The main building at one time was a movie theater, and through the years, parts of the building have been modernized, but still retains some of the charm of the old building. As you prepare to enter the building, you may notice 2 marquees that at one time advertised the movies that were playing at that time. The marquees have been recently refurbished and were great assets for business we owned, which closed due to family medical reasons.

When you enter the building, your first area is the lobby. The arched ceiling is breath taking. The old charm that was designed and built with the pride in it’s time. The lobby which was our coffee shop is 600 square feet; to the left are two very large mirrors with a box shelf below them.

When you enter the next area it is 520 square feet and was used as a cyber café. To the left is the kitchen and the employee rest room.

When you leave this area you enter the main room which is 3600 square feet and can hold 200 people, great for concerts, weddings, or large money making events. The main room is 82 feet deep and 44 feet across. At one time before we purchased the building, it was a tanning salon with plenty of outlets. It would make a great bar, restaurant, pool hall, day care center, video arcade or what ever type of business that suits you’re fancy.

As you leave the main room you enter the private meeting room, secluded and very private. This room is wired for Internet, telephone, and cable television and has it own private rest room. The private meeting room is 300 square feet. The private meeting room could be rented out as an office.

The building has a lot of extras including an up to date alarm system, which can be connected to an alarm company. The building also has a video surveillance system with eight cameras that covers all areas of the building except for the bathrooms. The unit stores the recording on a disk for 11 days. Also installed is an up to date emergency lighting system, in case the lights go out due to a power failure.

The second floor of the main build is accessed from the cyber café area. The second floor has an area of 500 square feet for storage plus an office. The office is 86 square feet and contains the equipment for video surveillance system.

During May-Fest ( a two day festival in front of this building) the main bandstand is set up in the street in front of the building, we always found it to be a wonderful two days, setting up a booth in the nook near the two front doors to sell and to introduce new customers to our business.
